Deutsche Post DHL Group is hiring a Process Excellence & Digital Transformation Manager (Continuous Improvement) in Budapest, Hungary. The role leads process improvement and transformation initiatives across EMEA, drives automation and digitalization using AI, workflow automation, analytics, and self-service solutions, manages cross-functional projects and change initiatives, and partners with regional stakeholders to standardize and optimize HR processes. Candidates need at least five years of experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, or project management, along with strong stakeholder management, project leadership, data and KPI skills, and fluency in English and Hungarian.
