DHL Group is hiring an experienced Process Improvement and Transformation Professional to lead operational excellence, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across its Central Europe HR Services team. The role manages cross-functional projects, standardizes processes, uses data and KPIs to support decision-making, and advises stakeholders on transformation and governance. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, strong project leadership and stakeholder-management skills, fluency in English and Hungarian, and preferably Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking knowledge.
