Description
Abriso-Jiffy NV is hiring a Process Excellence Engineer in Anzegem to analyze processes, installations, and production flows across the site's extrusion, foaming, film, insulation, converting, and recycling departments. The role owns improvement projects from analysis and investment proposals through shop-floor implementation and follow-up, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, trains responsible parties, and reports to the Plant Manager. The engineer will also travel to other European sites approximately three days per month. A master's degree in engineering and initial experience in a similar process-driven production role are required, along with project management, Lean/Operational Excellence, digitalization, analytical, and communication skills; Dutch fluency and French and English proficiency are required or expected.
