HelloConnect is hiring a Process Excellence Specialist (Generalist) to lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across shared services, finance, HR, procurement, and other enterprise operations. The role focuses on process mapping, Lean Six Sigma root-cause analysis, performance analytics, business cases, automation and AI opportunities, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates should have operational excellence or process improvement experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent, analytical and problem-solving skills, process-mapping expertise, and strong communication abilities. The position is based in Taguig City and is marked hybrid.
