Kärcher is hiring a Process Expert to serve as the interface between Order to Cash, Digital Sales, IT, and international subsidiaries. The role owns e-commerce processes, defines standards and supports global implementation, supports payment-service-provider rollout through testing and documentation, creates reporting on global online-shop payment activities, and identifies process improvements. The position requires a degree in business informatics or business administration or a comparable qualification, several years of e-commerce or online-shop-backend experience, project-management experience, SAP FI/SD knowledge, strong communication and consulting skills, German and English proficiency, and independent analytical work. The role offers flexitime and the option to work partly from home.
