Description
As a Process Expert at the Halle site, you will join the local Process Technology team to drive new product introductions, transfers, and innovative projects. Your role involves leading factory trials, setting up processes correctly, and optimizing production lines to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and waste reduction. You will translate technical insights into clear work instructions, collaborate with various internal teams like operations, engineering, planning, and CI&TS, and contribute to elevating the entire site's performance.
