Description
ProSidian is seeking a Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Specialist to provide independent engineering advisory support for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Dominance Financing program. The role evaluates PHA and HAZOP outputs, safeguards, process safety controls, risks, and major accident hazard measures; reviews project documentation; supports technical due diligence, credit evaluation, construction monitoring, certification, and lender-ready decision-making; and prepares defensible risk and compliance reports. The position is an exempt 1099 contract with remote project support across the United States, expected on-site meetings, and a Washington, DC work location.
