The Process Improvement Engineer will lead continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and logistics, analysing performance data, facilitating problem-solving workshops, and applying Lean, Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, 5S, and statistical process control. The role manages projects from concept through implementation, supports automation and workplace safety improvements, coaches colleagues, and helps sustain improvements. It requires at least five years of manufacturing or process experience, Lean or continuous improvement project experience, practical Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, a Green Belt qualification or equivalent experience, strong project management and analytical skills, stakeholder influence, and knowledge of manufacturing health, safety and environmental requirements. The position is based in Melton Mowbray, offers a 35-hour week, and includes training and development opportunities.
