Description
The Process Improvement Engineer supports manufacturing operations and continuous improvement at Innovative Labs, a liquid dietary supplement manufacturer. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role manages the RedZone system, improves productivity and equipment effectiveness, develops capacity plans, analyzes waste and process losses, and supports new-product launches. The position requires Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise, process improvement tools, cGMP and quality-system knowledge, statistical process control, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, chemistry, or a related technical field, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
