Description
The Process Improvement Engineer will analyze, optimize, and standardize production processes in a food-industry manufacturing environment. The role focuses on reducing waste, lead times, downtime, and failure costs; improving safety and quality; implementing new processes and technologies; managing improvement projects; analyzing KPIs; maintaining documentation and work instructions; training employees; and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, production experience, and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
