Quest Global is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for power and distribution transformers. The role covers transformer production workflows, new-product introduction, process documentation, PFMEA and control-plan development, machine and labor utilization, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and waste-reduction projects. Candidates should have a mechanical degree or equivalent experience, a background in quality management systems, and 7 to 10 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical equipment manufacturing, or heavy engineering industries.
