Description
RMS is hiring a full-time Process Improvement Engineer to lead continuous improvement, capital projects, facility integration, and operational excellence initiatives across rotating machinery manufacturing and repair facilities. The role manages cross-functional teams, applies Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, develops Power Platform solutions, coaches operators and team leaders, and reports to site and executive leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant four-year degree, 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations experience, and strong Microsoft Power Platform proficiency, with travel across Houston-area locations expected.
