Steel Point Solutions is hiring a Process Improvement Engineer to support the Navy’s Problem Solving and Process Improvement Office. The role focuses on data-driven process improvement, root cause analysis, metric and dashboard development, training and change management, executive-level reporting, and continuous improvement across Navy and Department of Navy commands. It requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience, and at least 3 years of experience in data analytics/process improvement plus 3 years of personnel management experience. The position is based in the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia or Navy Yard in Washington, District of Columbia, and includes a competitive salary range and benefits for eligible full-time employees.
