Description
The Process Improvement Facilitator supports the Manager, Continuous Improvement at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino by leading Lean training, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement projects; analyzing processes and data; defining KPIs; mapping process flows; coordinating cross-functional implementation; and supporting change management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, at least three years of process improvement or Lean Six Sigma experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, project management tool experience, confidentiality, and regular travel between San Manuel properties. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
