Smurfit Westrock is hiring a full-time Process Improvement Manager in Farmingdale, New York, to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence activities at a manufacturing site. The role partners with site and divisional leaders, prioritizes and manages improvement projects, tracks productivity and cost benefits, coaches project teams, and supports enterprise initiatives such as the WestRock Operating System, Daily Management System, problem-solving practices, and reliability excellence. Candidates need prior manufacturing experience, knowledge of continuous improvement tools, and strong leadership and communication skills; paper and packaging experience and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred. The salary range is $103,125.00 to $171,875.00, with medical, dental, and vision coverage options.
