Description
The Process Improvement RN Program Manager leads facility or CBU-level initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, patient safety, and outcomes in a healthcare setting. The role coaches and mentors employees, designs improvement strategies, analyzes data and workflows, implements process improvement methodologies, and supports regulatory and quality goals. It requires an active Washington State or multistate RN license, at least three years of clinical experience, at least two years leading or coaching process improvement, and at least five years of combined clinical, quality, performance improvement, project or program management experience. The position is full-time, day-shift, Monday through Friday, and pays $109,262.40–$194,251.20 USD annually.
