The Process Improvement Project Specialist leads cross-functional projects across Upstate Niagara Cooperative’s manufacturing facilities to improve operations, productivity, quality, safety, reliability, and cost performance. The role combines project management, process improvement, data analysis, operational problem-solving, change management, and collaboration with plant leadership and employees. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, operations, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field, with manufacturing or food manufacturing experience preferred. The position works in both office and manufacturing environments, may require travel between facilities, and pays $87,000–$115,000 annually.
