Process Improvement Specialist at O-I

O-I Glass is hiring a Process Improvement Specialist to support process mapping, KPI reporting and dashboards, root-cause analysis, project tracking, and Lean/WCM activities in its glass-packaging manufacturing operations. The role requires an undergraduate student in Production Engineering, Processes, or a related field between the third and fourth year, intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency, and prior knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PDCA, or value stream mapping. The position is based in Rio de Janeiro, North Zone, with an 8:00–15:00 or 9:00–16:00 work schedule.
