MultiTech is hiring a Process Innovation Director to lead company-wide efforts documenting critical business processes, mapping value streams, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing sustainable process improvements across manufacturing and business operations. The role focuses on operational excellence, workflow optimization, AI and process innovation, predictive KPIs, cross-functional project leadership, data-driven decision-making, process automation, standardized best practices, and root-cause analysis. It is a remote position with periodic travel to United States, Canada, and CM locations, with possible production-floor project work at the Minnesota facility.
