Description
Micron is hiring a Process Integration & Yield Enhancement Engineer to improve manufacturing performance by reducing variability across assembly and test. The role uses statistical analysis and advanced data analytics to identify yield improvement opportunities, diagnose yield and reliability issues, communicate process, material, and equipment sensitivities, support corrective actions, and lead cross-functional resolution of complex processing and design challenges. The engineer will also develop Pareto analyses, use AI-enabled tools, and contribute to continuous improvement in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
