Description
The Process Integration Engineer will represent CMOS or TSV processes at the wafer level, supervise and monitor manufacturing, maintain process deliveries, optimize and troubleshoot processes, transfer R&D technologies into production, support customer audits, and improve product yield. The role requires a master's degree or PhD in a relevant science field, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluent English; initial comparable experience is preferred. It is a two-year fixed-term position in Premstätten, Styria, Austria.
