Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Process Engineer in Santa Clara, California, to lead process integration for advanced semiconductor and photonic devices. The role translates device architectures into manufacturable process flows, drives proof-of-concept and prototyping builds, defines process parameters and integration metrics, improves yield and SPC performance, conducts optical, electrical, and tolerance analyses, and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors. A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline is required, along with semiconductor process integration, unit-process, yield analysis, metrology, SPC, and simulation experience.
