Everspin Technologies is hiring a Process Integration Engineer for its Fab Operations & Quality department in Chandler, Arizona. The role manages back-end-of-line process integration for MRAM products, develops solutions using statistical and problem-solving methods, improves yield, quality, reliability, cost, process capability, productivity, and safety, and supports technology transfer to foundry partners. The engineer must have a Chemical Engineering degree or higher, at least five years of semiconductor BEOL process integration experience, and strong knowledge of photo, etch, thin-film, and CMP processes, SPC, FDC, DOE, and JMP. The position requires an initial long-term residence or assignment at a foundry location in Oregon.
