Description
The Process Integration and Technology Development Engineer defines, develops, and implements silicon process technology for integrated silicon devices. Responsibilities include unit and process module development, process flow implementation, design rules, device architecture, electrical characterization, technology qualification, process optimization, reliability studies, yield and manufacturability improvements, and technology transfers. The role requires a master's or doctoral degree in a relevant technical field, semiconductor process and wafer fabrication experience, device physics knowledge, and experience with DOE, statistical analysis, and data analytics. Experience with BCD, discrete, and hybrid Smart Power technologies is desired, along with knowledge of semiconductor device technologies, reliability testing, TCAD, test structures, and data-driven semiconductor development methods.
