Description
The Process Integration Engineer will lead the transfer, qualification, and optimization of silicon photonics and heterogeneous integration processes from development into production. The role coordinates external-fab technology development, monitors process performance, drives root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, establishes process-parameter correlations for SPC and technology scaling, and resolves issues with foundry partners. Candidates need an advanced degree in photonics, microelectronics, or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency with Python, JMP, R, or equivalent data-analysis tools. The position is based in Corbeil-Essonnes, France, with up to two days per week in the home office.
