Micron Technology is hiring a DRAM Process Development Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve process modules; optimize DRAM process flows; design and analyze experiments; troubleshoot yield, performance, reliability, and defect issues; and transfer technology from R&D to high-volume manufacturing. The role requires a master’s degree in engineering, material sciences, physical sciences, chemistry, or a related field and three years of experience in the offered or related occupation, along with expertise in DRAM processes, JMP or Minitab, failure analysis, statistical analysis, MES and defect-analysis software, cross-module troubleshooting, and technology transfer.
