Description
The role is a semiconductor process engineer responsible for process and integration evaluation, wafer-flow and MES operations, measurement and analysis of film thickness, CD-SEM, and TEM data, request-form preparation, trend analysis, and process management. It supports cutting-edge 2nm-node development and requires approximately one year of manufacturing or business-support experience, intermediate Excel and PC skills, and strong communication and teamwork. The position offers a full annual salary, commuting allowance, social insurance, health checkups, training, and a three-month trial period.
