Solidigm is hiring a Senior Process Integration Engineer to develop and qualify next-generation 3D NAND process technology for high-capacity data storage. The role leads multidisciplinary teams through product PRQ and manufacturing transfer, defines process flows and targets, resolves semiconductor-related issues, applies statistical and model-based problem-solving methods, and drives continuous improvement of performance, reliability, and yield. The position requires an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or a relevant field, along with at least 10 years of semiconductor process experience.
