Micron Technology is hiring a BEOL Process Integration Expert to develop, transfer, and optimize advanced DRAM technologies. The role defines BEOL process flows and specifications, troubleshoots complex integration issues, improves yield and reliability, coordinates technology transfers, benchmarks technologies, explores alternate architectures, and leads the BEOL team. Candidates need an MS or PhD in a relevant field, more than 10 years of industry experience, deep expertise in metallization, barrier/liner engineering, dielectric integration, and reliability, and a proven record of leading BEOL process development through high-volume manufacturing.
