GlobalFoundries is hiring a Process Integration Engineer (FEOL) for its Front End of Line Integration Team at Fab1 in Dresden. The role develops, supports, and improves integrated CMOS process flows, analyzes electrical and geometric parameters, plans experiments, and drives improvements in yield, reliability, and manufacturability. It also supports technology transfer, prototype processing, and customer-critical lots. The position is permanent, available to start immediately, and offers part-time models, a predictable production shift schedule, and relocation assistance.
