Applied Materials is hiring a Process Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes for photonic, quantum, and semiconductor platforms. The role focuses on 3D integration and packaging, process and device integration, hardware characterization, data analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, material and device property measurement, technical documentation, and collaboration with customers, vendors, suppliers, and research teams. The position is full time, requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–7 years of experience, and is based in Albany, New York or Santa Clara, California.
