CEA’s LETI research institute in Grenoble is hiring a Process Integration Engineer to strengthen the technical team responsible for manufacturing silicon quantum devices, including qubits, using CMOS-type flows on 200 mm and 300 mm silicon platforms. The role involves developing new manufacturing flows, collaborating with laboratory teams and stakeholders, and integrating different manufacturing steps. The position is a 36-month fixed-term contract for managerial/professional staff, with a master’s or engineering degree and some initial semiconductor-device manufacturing experience required; Cadence design skills are appreciated.
