Description
The Process Integration Engineer will support SMFAB’s advanced analog and CMOS semiconductor development in Sherman, Texas. The role focuses on process and device improvements, characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, simulation, parametric performance and Cpk improvement, root-cause analysis, product-flow creation, test-chip development, and cross-functional leadership across technology, process, product, quality, reliability, packaging, and manufacturing teams. The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or semiconductor-physics field and five years of semiconductor-factory experience in advanced CMOS and analog technologies, plus five years of process integration and device experience.
