Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring an Intern for a semiconductor process-integration role supporting advanced CMOS FinFET and FDSOI devices. The intern will use data systems, Design of Experiments, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to improve device performance, yield, Cp/Cpk, defectivity, and new technology development, while collaborating with device, process, and characterization teams. The role requires at least sophomore-level enrollment in an Electrical Engineering or related accredited program, a 3.0 GPA, English fluency, and availability for at least 40 hours per week.
