Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Integration Manager to lead DRAM module process integration during technology transfer, pilot, and early high-volume manufacturing phases. The role owns yield ramp, stability, process margins, reliability, root-cause investigations, and ramp readiness; supports technology transfer and new-product introduction; coordinates with manufacturing, equipment, yield, device, technology development, quality, and design teams; and manages and develops a team of Process Integration engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of HVM or fabrication experience, and at least three years of semiconductor fabrication experience.
