Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Integration Manager to lead process integration execution and readiness for assigned DRAM modules during technology transfer and early high-volume manufacturing. The role owns yield ramp, stability, process margins, reliability, root-cause investigations, and technology transfer; manages and develops a team of Process Integration engineers; and coordinates with Manufacturing, Equipment, Yield, Device, Technology Development, Quality, and Design teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of high-volume manufacturing or fabrication experience including two years of people leadership, and semiconductor fabrication experience; a master's or Ph.D. and experience with 300mm environments are preferred.
