Seequalis is hiring a Process Intelligence & Value Consultant to audit, structure, and manage clients’ IT processes, identify operational gaps, and use process mining, automation, and AI to improve performance and deliver measurable value. The role covers IT process governance, client relations, continuous improvement, KPI dashboards, ROI analysis, and the development of internal demonstrators and methodologies. Candidates need a Master’s degree, IT project management experience, ITIL certification, ITSM proficiency, operational management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and English proficiency; Lean Six Sigma, COBIT, managed services, Agile, and process-mining or enhanced IT-management tools are additional assets.
