Description
Kepak is recruiting an experienced Process Lead for its Retail team at the St. Merryn facility in Merthyr Tydfil. The role supports the Team Leader in improving line output, equipment operation, safety, quality, audits, operator performance, changeovers, downtime reduction, paperwork, and cost-related yield and waste. It is a full-time permanent position working three days on and three days off from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with an hourly rate of £15.42. The position requires significant food manufacturing, processing, and operations experience, along with analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
