Description
Gopuff is hiring a Process Lead for its Operations team in Brooklyn, New York. Reporting to the Site Leader or Manager, the role leads Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams during shifts, coordinates order accuracy, inventory, delivery processes, associate performance, audits, and site projects, and escalates issues to leadership. The position requires two years of internal Gopuff experience, two or more years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or an equivalent field, availability during peak hours and weekends, physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and Spanish fluency is preferred. Compensation is $20.25 per hour for the Brooklyn location.
