Lyte is looking for an experienced Process Lead Engineer specializing in optical device packaging and assembly. This role involves leading assembly processes, improving yields and reducing costs through customization of hardware and software, supporting R&D and new product introduction, and acting as a technical project manager. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical engineering background, proficiency in SolidWorks, and extensive experience in optical sensor and module assembly.
