The role involves leading and designing industrial plant projects, participating in design activities across project stages, serving as the main technical contact for the client, and potentially leading a specialist organization. The position is based in Tampere, Espoo, Turku, or Pori, includes travel to project sites and between offices, and requires relevant engineering education, at least three years of industrial process design experience, leadership ability, and fluent Finnish with English working ability.
