BAE Systems Hägglunds is hiring a Process Lead to improve manufacturing processes for hull production and future vehicle models, including laser cutting, press braking, machining, robotic welding, assembly, and welding. The role leads process analysis, change initiatives, cross-unit coordination, reporting, employee training, and continuous improvement while supporting business development and operational goals. The position is permanent in Örnsköldsvik, requires an academic engineering degree and relevant manufacturing or process leadership experience, and includes relocation assistance and security screening.
