TAIT is hiring a Process Lead for the Mechanical Fabrication Department on the second shift in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The role leads a small fabrication team, organizes workflows, answers manufacturing-related technical questions, reads mechanical drawings, supports quality control, manages materials and project assignments, maintains equipment, records labor and material usage in Epicor, and drives safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. The position requires four years of mechanical or welding experience and a high school diploma or GED; Epicor, Slack, and Box experience is preferred.
