Process Lead _ Mechanical processes at BoschGroup

The role leads manufacturing process development and optimization for automotive electronics, covering new-product ramp-up, process capability, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. It also manages capital budgets, coordinates with internal stakeholders, participates in design reviews, and develops team capability. The position requires a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics/EEE, or Industrial Engineering, 8–10 years of relevant experience, international-team exposure, and project-management or team-leadership experience.
