Pilgrim’s is hiring a Process Lead - Nights for its Arcadia, Wisconsin complex. The role leads and trains team members, directs assigned food-processing processes, monitors quality and safety, performs minor equipment adjustments, maintains records, and supports continuous improvement. The position works Sunday through Thursday with occasional Fridays, with shifts from 9:00 p.m. to 6:25 a.m., and pays a base hourly rate of $25.45 plus a $1.50 third-shift differential. Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin after 60 days of employment.
