AstraZeneca and Alexion are hiring a Process Leader for the night shift in Macclesfield to lead the safe, compliant, efficient operation of a pharmaceutical manufacturing process area. The role manages and develops manufacturing teams, delivers production plans, monitors performance, supports Lean and continuous improvement, handles deviations and audit actions, maintains cGMP documentation, and promotes safety and quality. Candidates need a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, manufacturing line-management experience, Lean knowledge, unionised-environment experience, and strong people leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
