Västervik Municipality is seeking a Process Leader to support preschool principals and the Head of Operations in coordinating long-term development, translating strategic goals into action, and strengthening leadership and organizational capacity. The role involves planning and following up on development processes, coaching principals, analyzing organizational patterns, and contributing knowledge from leadership, group development, and organizational development. It requires a relevant university-level education and substantial experience in preschool leadership or development, including complex change processes and managerial coaching. The position does not include line management or personnel responsibility.
