Description
Plascon Inc. is seeking a full-time Process Maintenance technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery used in mono and multi-layer blown film lines, conversion machines, and clean room equipment. This rotating night shift position involves inspecting, diagnosing malfunctions, disassembling and reinstalling parts, cleaning and lubricating machinery, and performing preventative maintenance. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
