The role supports high-volume food processing operations by preparing, starting up, operating, and shutting down production equipment on the relish line, monitoring product quality and food safety limits, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, assisting with repairs, and training new personnel. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of hands-on mechanical work in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, and skills in reading mechanical drawings, using precision measurement tools, and communicating clearly with teams.
