Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is hiring a Process Manager for its Unit Cloud Services in the public cloud business. The role adapts and implements IT processes for modern cloud IT operations, coordinates data center technicians and vendors, tracks hardware incidents in Jira, maintains SOPs in Confluence, manages security reporting, and improves agile workflows and internal tools. Candidates need technical or business education, at least three years of IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies, DevOps process knowledge, infrastructure automation expertise, agile knowledge, customer orientation, and English fluency; OpenStack and open-source programming experience is a plus. Remote work is available only within Hungary.
